Clean Cities Designation Celebration

The Council is pleased to announce that the US Department of Energy has officially designated the Land-of-Sky Clean Vehicles Coalition as the 86th Clean Cities Coalition in the nation.

See our photo gallery of the event!

A presentation and celebration will be held on October 29 at the Baker Exhibit Center Lawn Event Area at the NC Arboretum. A DOE official will join us. We will have stakeholders sign a Memorandum of Understanding during the event. The presentations and MOU signing will take place from 3:30-5:00pm with a reception to follow from 5:00-6:00 pm.

If your organization is interested in signing the MOU before, during or after the event, please contact Bill Eaker by email or 251-6622. The MOU is non-binding and not a contract but an indication of your support for the goals of the Clean Vehicles Coalition (CVC). The MOU and our LOS Clean Cities Program Designation Plan can be found here: MOU and Coalition's Program Plan

Many thanks to our sponsors!
