New Report Examines Challenges and Opportunities for Plug-in Electric Vehicles

Plug-in electric vehicles (PEVs) have experienced significant growth recently, with sales in the first five months of this year surpassing the total sales in 2012. Recognizing the importance of this technology to the U.S. light-duty vehicle fleet, ACEEE is releasing a new report, Plug-in Electric Vehicles: Challenges and Opportunities, which presents a broad overview of the PEV landscape, including issues from both the transportation and utility system perspectives.
